As a VENDOR you may select ONE primary category. You may apply for up to two total categories under the same business name (IE, photographer that also provides video services) but you must meet all application requirements in each category and submit two separate application.The cost per additional category is $150. As a VENUE, you may select up to THREE of the following categories – Ceremony Sites, Lodging & Honeymoon and Reception & Rehearsals. There is no additional cost to venues for being in more than one of these three categories.

Terms of Acceptance

I, the applicant wishing to be considered for an Estes Park Wedding Association Associate Membership, warrant the truthfulness of the information provided in this application. I also authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application as may be necessary in arriving at a membership acceptance decision. In the event of acceptance, I understand that false or misleading information given in my application may result in discharge. By typing my First and Last name in the box below, I understand that this constitutes a legal signature confirming that I acknowledge and agree to the above Terms of Acceptance.

Application will be reviewed and voted upon. You will be notified within 30 days and if accepted, you will be asked to submit the annual membership fee. Do not send payment with application.

Before you submit application, please include the following:

● Two sponsor letters (1 letter must be from a vendor within the category you are applying for)
● Letter of reason for desiring membership
● List of clients served in the last 12 months (see Supplemental Information section for details)
An incomplete application will not be reviewed.

Supplemental Information

Please complete the following questionnaire.
1. The Membership Committee is charged with verifying information provided by all applicants, in accordance with provisions of our Bylaws, including verifying that an applicant has been “actively engaging in business in the Estes Park market and within the category they are applying for membership in, for a minimum of 12 months prior to the application, and in a manner befitting a member of this association.
2. Applicants are required to submit verifiable data demonstrating the business services Estes Park market within the previous 12 month period. We may need to verify data which you provide.

  • In the last 12 months you must have one of the following:
    • ​
    • *25 weddings events or less total, a minimum of 5 events must be in Estes Park.

    • *26-80 wedding events total, 20% must be in Estes Park. (2)

    • * 80 wedding events total, a minimum of 20 events must be in Estes Park.(2)
    Please list all clients served in the Estes Park market in the last 12 months preceding the date of your application. A random sampling of clients and venues may be contacted by the committee.

    Include:
    • Names of clients, phone numbers, mailing address and email address.
    • Date of service and at what venue (location) service was provided.
    • Contact name and phone number for venue where service was provided.

      The following Sponsorship rules apply:
      • Sponsors MUST include 1 from the category for which you apply, and 1 outside that category.
      • Sponsors MUST personally author written letters of reference.
      • If requested, Sponsors MUST be willing to attend a Membership Committee Application Review meeting together with you, the applicant, to present your case for membership.
      • No EPWA member may sponsor an applicant for their first year of membership, and no EPWA member may sponsor more than TWO applicants per calendar year thereafter.

            Please note the following important information about these data requests:
            • If deemed necessary, additional information regarding your application may be solicited from our membership at large. If so, such information is held in strict confidence.
            • NO information you provide is shared with anyone outside of the EPWA Membership Committee or the Executive Board, and is strictly confidential.
            • All applications must be received by the last Tuesday of the month to allow for sufficient time to be reviewed at the meeting the following week. If your application is not received by the last Tuesday of the month, your application will be reviewed the next month.
