Become a Member of the Estes Park Wedding Association
Thank you for your interest in membership. EPWA members are part of a trusted network of wedding venues, vendors, and local businesses serving couples getting married in Estes Park.
Full Membership
To qualify for full membership, your business must have been operating for at least one year. Your business must also meet at least one of the Estes Park wedding event requirements below within the vendor category you are applying for.
Event Requirements
- 25 or fewer wedding events total: 5 events must be in Estes Park.
- 26–80 wedding events total: 20% of your events must be in Estes Park.
- Over 80 wedding events total: at least 20 events must be in Estes Park.
You Will Need to Provide
- Two letters of recommendation from current EPWA members.
- A client list for weddings served in the last 12 months.
- A letter explaining why you would like to join EPWA.
Referral letter requirements: One recommendation should come from a vendor in your same category, and one should come from any member who has been part of EPWA for more than one year. Current members providing recommendations must be in good standing and have been members for at least one year.
Important Notes
- If your company provides more than one primary wedding service, you must qualify, apply, and be approved in each category. For example, a photographer who also offers videography must apply for both categories.
- Venue applicants must be physically located within EPWA’s venue boundaries, defined as the Estes Park School District parameters.
- Applications must be received by the 3rd Tuesday of the month to be reviewed at the following month’s meeting. Applications received after that deadline will be reviewed the following month.
- EPWA does not meet over the summer. Applications received between May and September will be reviewed in November.
New Estes Park venues: If you are a brand new venue in Estes Park, or are in the process of building a venue in Estes Park, please email [email protected] to learn how to apply if you do not yet meet the requirements above.
Membership in the Association is $310 annually, subject to change. Dues include a listing on the Wedding Association website and priority registration for the EPWA Wedding Show.

Guest Activities Membership
A guest activities member business is in an industry that does not directly offer wedding-related services or goods, but provides things to do, see, or enjoy while wedding parties and their families are visiting Estes Park.
Examples include entertainment venues, hiking and adventure outfitters, touring companies, and other local businesses that serve visitors in the Estes Park market.
