Fall River Village offers luxury wedding accommodations within walking distance to downtown Estes. Their brand new SkyView wedding venue will be opening early summer 2018 to host wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 115 guests.
Fall River Village is located on the west edge of town (Estes Park), just a 5 minute walk along the riverwalk to the shops and restaurants downtown. They have been in business since 2015. Their condos were built in 2008. The owners specialize in renewing vintage property and completely rebuilt the property to what it is today. They are still expanding.

Marlo loves being able to help create memorable experiences and being able to share her love of the mountains. Marlo’s favorite thing is when a bride or guest tells her they had an amazing time in Estes Park. That’s what makes her love this work.
We asked Marlo for a favorite mountain wedding memory:
A bride gave all her bridesmaids a gift of a handkerchief that had embroidered into it “No ugly crying.” It made them all laugh and lighten up, instead of getting emotional on her wedding day. It was a fun personal touch. Another memory, the bride had done a cupcake bar instead of a cake. Being in the mountains, the staff had to watch out for a squirrel that kept stealing cupcakes during the reception.
