Thank you for your inquiry for membership in the Estes Park Wedding Association!
Specific membership requirements are listed below, along with links to the applications. If you can fulfill all the listed requirements and are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the application completely and upload required documents. Full Membership
To qualify for full membership you must have been in business for at least one year. Your business must also meet at least ONE of the following criteria within the vendor category you are applying for:
If in the last 12 months you have worked
- 25 or less wedding events total – 5 events must be in Estes Park
- 26-80 wedding events total – 20% of your events must be in Estes Park
- Over 80 wedding events total – a minimum of 20 events must be in Estes Park
*If you are a brand new venue in Estes Park or in the process of building a venue in Estes Park, please email membership@estesparkweddings.com to find out how to become a member if you don’t meet the above requirements.
You will need to provide:
- 2 Letters of Recommendation from current members
- One from a vendor in the same category as you*
- One from any member who has been so for over a year
- A list of all the clients you have provided your services to in the last 12 months
- A letter explaining your reasons for desiring membership in the EPWA
*These current members must be in good standing and have been a member for at least one year. Additional letters of support from members is encouraged. If your company provides more than one primary wedding service (with the exception of venues ), you must meet the above qualifications, including letters of recommendation in each of the categories that you are applying for. *
Please note:
- If you provide 2 different wedding services you must qualify, apply, and be approved for membership in both categories of wedding services. (i.e a photographer who also provides videography services)
- Venue applicants must be physically located within the association’s venue boundaries, defined as being within the Estes Park School District parameters.
- All applications must be received by the 3rd Tuesday of the month to allow for sufficient time to be reviewed at the next month’s meeting the following week. If your application is not received by then your application will be reviewed the following month.
- EPWA does not meet over the summer and any applications received between May – September will be reviewed in November.
* If you’re not familiar with someone in your category, we encourage you to reach out to a member in your category. We’re a networking group, and many members would be more than willing to connect with you to discuss the possibility of writing a referral letter.
Membership in the Association is $310 annually (subject to change). Dues include a listing on the Wedding Association website, estesparkwedding.com, priority registration for our EPWA Wedding Show.

Guest Activities Membership
A guest activities/associate member business will be in an industry which DOES NOT directly offer wedding related services or goods. Examples include businesses such as entertainment venues, hiking/adventure/outfitter businesses, touring companies, and other businesses that offer things to do and see and enjoy while wedding parties and their families are visiting our market.
